Tri's and Chest or Bi's and Chest??

I seem to get better results when i group my tri's with my chest as opposed to bi's and chest. my bi's i group with my back. i get better results when i group the muscles wich work together.
what about you guys? do you commonly group muslces that work together? or train them seperately?

Everyone is different bro. If you found something that works for you, use it. Personally i do one bodypart a day. So chest has its own day, back has its own day, and bis and tris and done together. That kinda deal.

well for me it depends what i'm training for, if im trainig for size, i liket to train arms altogether in one day. But when im training for strength and football....i normally just hit bi's and tri's hard once a week following back and chest, respectively. But like he said, everyone's different
