Like when i work out i dont take a minute break between sets unless i absolutly necesserary have to so by the time im on my 4 set of my first excersise i am sweating like a pig like ive just done 20 minutes on a treadmill. Is anybody else like that or am i the only one?
i sweat a lot when i superset. i think its normal.
see i dont superset during it but my heart is still racing and just covered in sweat
are you on clen or eca stack or anything? could be something you are taking other than that i wouldnt be worried.Quote:

I think it's just your pace. I can get a good sweat going when I do bi's with lil' to no rest in between sets. You should get a doctor to look at you if you're really worried. Maybe a cardiologist.
I break out in instant sweat on deadlift day and leg day. That means I'll be sweating later today. Oh yeah.
I sweat like a pig always so dont feel bad :)
I sweat the most when i do shoulders and back for some reason. When I take more time in between sets I sweat alot less and can lift alot heavier
i always sweat a whole WHOLE lot
i think it's partly my body chemistry, and also the fact that i live in texas and the gym has no A/C and minimal fans
today i did legs and my heart was constantly racing, with sweat pouring from me
I sweat like a pig, too.
What I noticed, however, is that I break a sweat about 80% 1RM. When I get into the zone, I literally pour sweat. Don't matter A/C, no A/C...
If you are working out with real intensity, I would be more worried if you were NOT sweating.
