Ok guys need some help... Whenever I try and do some shoulder work like Front Laterals and Side Laterals, my brachioradialis get really sore, and prevents me from lifting too much. My shoulders are strong enough to do a lot more weight, but because of those muscles in my arms I can't do much. I should be working those muscles pretty well with my bicep work I would think with Concentration Curls, Preacher Curls, Dumbell Curls, and Hammer Curls. Any suggestions?
I have no soreness at all when i do exercises like Shoulder Press, Military Press and Rows.
