12 sets tri/mass
is 12 sets too much for triceps when i am trying to get mass. I am doing power movements (close grip bench, behind neck press, lying press, pushdowns)
is 12 sets too much for biceps also, when i am trying to get mass. I am doing power movements (standing barbell curl, alt dumbell curl, concentration curls, prescher curls)

12 set is too much for anything i hope you mean REPS
for mass building i stick to 4-6 reps 4 sets but use heavy weight

i mean 12 sets total. 4 sets per exercise 3 exercises.

Thats what i usually do. 12 seems like a good number althought I hear alot of people go with around 9.

behind the neck presses, are you talkin about military presses or french presses..?
