Help me with my DC training!
I am having a difficult time finding anyone to explain the extreme stretching to me. Somebody give me examples of your extreme stretching.
I also want to know where to stick traps in this workout...they are not listed anywhere, I dsuppose shoulders...but that is entirely different.
How about abs...where do they fit in here.
I started this Monday, and I am flying by the seat of my pants here...I need a little instruction. I have read DC's methoids as posted all over...but I found no mention of these specific problems.
