130-160 for reps...try some stiff deads
Yeah that affirms it, my hammie's suck... I do like 90-100 lbs. for reps.
Our gym has the seated leg curl machine and i hate that thing....i can do 200 for 15 strict reps but i found a leg curl machine that i have turned into a single leg curl machine and it has worked nicely but i wish they would get a lying leg curl machine, they had the money to get one but they bought 2 ab machines :frown:
For Hams I have to max out the machine it's sitting neither of the gyms we go to have a laying one... it maxes at 255 I do 3 sets now 15 12 10... just cant get enough weight on it.. Same thing with hyper extensions for quads so I've started going one leg at a time with higher weights to blow them up
Yeah I maxed out teh machines too, so I do one leg at a time, and use the other one to do forced reps.

I really don't think it would matter how much you can do on a hamstring curl. If you were going to use anything to measure the strength of your legs,i'd say squat, but even then it just depends if your building muscle or building for strength. IMO stiff leg deads work the hams better then most people even realize..
