    Sets Per Exercise/Exercises Per bodypart

    This is what I do:
    2 or 3 exercises for shoulders=total sets 8-12
    Same for bi's
    Same for tri's
    3 or 4 exercises for chest=total sets 12-16
    Same for lat's
    1 exercise for traps=total sets 4
    2 or 3 exercises for quads(squat/deadlift/whatever else)=total sets 8-12
Is this an ok amount of exercises per bodypart, and enough sets per exercise?
I've been lifting for about 2 years.
