    deadlift routine

    i need a crazy mass building dl routine
    i can do 405 for 6

    deads are the best overall exercise for the upperbody bar none, there are a lotta ways to build mass using this exercise, I would try the 5 sets 5 rep routine for 8 weeks then for 4 weeks 5 sets x 10 reps then when you go back to the 5 rep routine try doing the routine with 5% more wieght or for instance this time an extra 20 lbs or so, if you can do this it will add crazy size to your whole upperbody and allow you to handle extra weight for the next mass dead cycle that you do, which in turn will spur even more muscle growth
