    boxing and gaining mass

    will it interfere with my bulking and mass gains since i am a hard gainer ,i was considering practicing boxing or kick boxing but not sure if it will affect my gains ,anyone?

    depends on how regular and intense the boxing/kickboxing workouts are, I shouldnt think so anymore than any other form of cardio, as long as you eat right and make allowances for you cardio in your diet but you might get more responses to this in the boxing/fighting/wrestleing forum

    its tough. the boxing alone will rev your metabolism pretty high. i read that guys like roy jones and bernard, when they moved up in weight class, focused on the weight training aspect first. once they were at a weight they were comfortable at, they focused on the boxing.
