    Getting WEAKER!

I got this weight lifting class at school right, and this guy I know had a contest with me. The bet like contest was for 5 dollars, who could max out the most in bench. I ended up losing at 315, when he smoked me at 325. Though recently, i havnt been able to lift as much, all around. Just as though im losing muscle mass and weakening. I dont know if its a psychological thing or what. Though im trying to lift every other day, I just cant get out good clean reps of the weight I use to train on... =[

    Sounds like overtraining to me.

Exactly what I think bro, try taking another day off or maybe two more days, remember you dont get strong and grow in the gym, its the time outside of the gym when your resting when you get strong and grow.

I would post your workout. If you're doing bench press every other day, you're definitely over training.

Intensity and mental focus are huge factors when your doing heavy singles also. I've had days where what I hit for triples felt like singles... Bad days suck.
