    missing AM cardio

    so i missed my AM cardio today cause i woke up to the alarm with the worst cramp in my leg that i felt til about noon. My question is, if i choose to do cardio later in the day, is the 65-75% of my heart rate for 45 min still the best cardio to do, or should i do more high intensity to burn the calories that i have consumed? Thanx for the input bro's.

    Same type of cardio, just cut off carbs at noon, and do cardio around 5:30 p.m. You can eat a fat/protein meal about 3 p.m.
