    fatigued

i've been working out now for 2 years, i've just started experimenting with d-bol and omnadren . i've noticed a strength and stamina gain already, but i'm also noticing that my body can't take working out as it used to. i used to be able to hit the gym 2-3 days in a row without feeling the fatigue, but now i find i can't do it. is this normal or am i just burning out? i've heard that it's a good idea to take a day off between lifts, but then i feel lazy.....any suggestions/opinions?

I have noticed the exact same thing.

What I do now is 2 days on, 1 day off, I take 2 days off every 2 weeks just to avoid overtraining and 3-4 days off every 2 months to recuperate.

On my off day, I concentrate on my diet and do light cardio, around 20-30 minutes so I won't feel lazy.

Anytime i run in to this problem it mainly stems from my diet. Try bumping up your kcal slightly. It could be a number of other things i.e. age, getting enough rest, job conditions etc

Even if you take AS you can still overtrain.

Try some glutamine, 5 grams 2 times daily (in morning and after workout). It will aid muscle repair and help you get back in the gym the way you used to.
