    Help Me Plzzzzzzzzzzz

    my left trap is much larger than my right, im not a huge guy so its even more noticable. i need some advice on how to make my right trap equal in size with my left PLZ HELP ME

    do a lot of dumbell work, keep working them, its natural for the body to work it out, unless you've had an injury??

    Thats pretty common with traps for some reason. Mine where like that for awhile, but their pretty even now. If your pretty new to training you might find it'll fix itself over time.
