    wrists

This is probably a really dumb question, but, I was cursed with small wrists, my forarms, and biceps continue to grow but I still have relatively small wrists. Is there an exercise I can do to strengthen, or even grow my wrists?

    thanks

Take some HGH, it will thicken your bones

    BTW, I am joking.

I got blessed with small wrists as well. That's just the way it goes sometimes, my man. You can strengthen your wrists but the area where they connect to the hand will never really change. Do a search for forearm and grip workouts. There have been some good threads about that here.

same here.... my arm looks like a drumstick. Pure ectomorph. Funny thing is, my forearms are one of my best muscles. well, it makes my arm look bigger at least.

Not sure if it's true, but i heard hitting a weighted bag (boxers) might work, as well as the other workouts mentioned.
