It's time to get a new workout routine. I think I'm doing way too many exercises per body part. How many exercises per body part do you guys do? :unsure:
I typically do 4 exercises per body part, except legs I do 6.

deadlifts/rows for back
benchpress/dumbbell press for chest
leg ext/sqats for legs
all done heavy 4-6 reps long rests 3-4 mins
I would say 4 for big muscles(Back, chest, legs), and 2-3 for smaller muscles(bi's, calves).
