Help with Cardio.
I am wondering I really can't do cardio in the morning. I get up at 5:30 Am to get ready for work. So is it a bad thing to do cardio at night. I work out at night around 6 pm so i would do my cardio after my workout around 8 pm is it really a bad thing or can i see good fat loss result anyways ? I do have a strick diet going.

You'll be fine. Although it is better to do in the AM, it is still worth doing in the PM... just make sure you get your post workout nutrition soon after that...

ty i didnt really feel like getting up at 4 am for cardio lol . thanks for the info.

You can, but as soon as you ingest carbs pwo (which you should in two ideal forms, one coming before the other) you totally blunt lipolysis when you do so.
