    Leg soreness and deadlifts

Alright guys, I worked out my legs a couple days ago and today they were very sore. I Decided against working out my back today because deadlifts would kill my legs right now, so instead I did bi's and shoulders. This turned out to be a bad idea because I worked tri's yesterday and since overhead presses are in my shoulder routine I was working a sore muscle. My questions are
    1. Should I change my routine, maybe putting chest, shoulders and tri's in one day
    2. Should I exchange deadlifts for good mornings?
    3. How long are your guys muscles sore for?

    This is my current routine
    Monday Triceps, chest,
    chest-
    6sets benchpress (2 flat, 2 incline, 2decline) 2 sets with dumbell
    4 sets calbe crossovers
    Tris-
    3 sets dips
3 sets Tri pulldowns (2overhand grip, 2 underhandgrip)
    -1 superset skull crushers

    Tuesday Back,abs
    Back-
    4 sets lat pulldowns
    4 sets t-bar rows
    4 sets deadlifts
    4 sets shrugs

    Thursday Bicept, shoulder, abs
    bicepts-
    4 sets EZ-bar standing curls
    4 sets dumbell incline curls
    4 sets hammer curls
    shoulder-
    4 sets Overhead Presses
    3 sets side raises
    3 sets front raises
    3 sets bent over raises

    Saturday Legs, forarms, calves
    Legs-
    4 sets squats
    4 sets leg press
    4 sets leg extension
    4 sets leg curls
    forarms-
    3 sets wrist curls
    3 sets reverse wrist curls
    1 sets plate pinch
    Abs-
    4 sets 20 crunches
    4 sets 20 knee raises

I had the sam problem, but this split works for me, the soreness all balances out.

    Monday-Chest, Calfs
    Tuesday- Back
    Wednesday- Shoulders, Abs
    Thursday- Arms
    Friday-Legs

Don't switch deads for good mornings, nothing can replace the deads.
    hoep this helps

If you can pull it off... I usually put a rest day in there and then just work out one day on the weekend.

This is a good idea. I lift Mon-Tues-Wed, take Thursday OFF, lift Fri-Sat, take Sunday OFF and repeat.
