Hey bros, got a question for you all. I am trying to bulk and am working out like an animal. I am lifting EOD and NOT splitting body parts. I do 4 sets of a min 5 exercise per lift to failure. I was wondering if this is ok for strength and bulk while I am on my cycle, and if I should be doing cardio or not? If so, should I do it hard or not? I do NOT want to get cut yet and confuse my muscles. Or should I just do cardio hard during my PCT to ripp up?
