Lunges
Can someone help me out? For the past 2 weeks I've added lunges to my leg routine. I'm feeling a good burn in my glutes, which I like because I've never found a good exercise for that before. My problem is that I'm feeling more of a burn in my hams than I am in my quads. Am I doing something wrong? Am I stepping forward too far? Not enough?
Any help would be appreciated.

thats how it is supposed to feel, i never ever feel the burn in my quads my next day its upper hamstring and glutes, the further your legs are spread apart the more it will work that area, maybe shorten up your stance and that will help, but its not a quad workout.

Stepping with your toe's turned inwards a bit, i do find hits the sweep of quad a bit, but yes mainly a ham/glute movement. Try walking lungs hold dumbells in your hands or varity, seems to work a bit better for whatever reason.

Then am I doing them wrong ? As I feel it more (when doing the exercise) in my upper groin. The next day everything is sore, but at the time of exercise just that area feels it. Am I going low enough?
Thanks guys in advance for any help.

Canes you may want to shorten up your stride a bit.
