    improve my chest looks

    hey guys. for the summer I wanna get my shoulders as much mass as possible and as wide as possible since i had a shoulder injury and couldnt do any shoulder presses of even bench while bulking up in the fall. How can I do this like perfectly? Also, I have naturall puffy nipples since i was fat and lost weight wayyy to fast and loose skin so im tryin to get rida that hanging look. Ive been starting with incline bench and just reppin out really wide grip flat bench and deep stretch 3/4 rep db flys. nemore help u guys can toss my way would be really appreciated. THANKS!

    Heavy dumbell presses, weighted dips (probably hell on your shoulder). Keep lift'n and eating.

    I always get a huge stretch when I do incline chest flys
