    ripped abs

    ok guys i got my diet down low carb high protein! i want to get my stomach flat as i can! i will be doing cardio in the a.m empty stomach! what should i do? just walk or jog? please help

    what speed should the mill be on? and what incline?

    I can't tell you what speed or incline, everyone is different. Your best bet is to go 65-75% your max heart rate.

    how can i check my heart rate? maybe speed of 3.5? more? never really tried to lose my gut before

    the tread mill should have a HR monitor on it. . if not then go buy a HR monitor

    and 3.5 at 50 percent incline should be a good starting point. .BUT YOU HAVE TO KNOW YOUR HR

    i think it does but its goes by beats per minute something like that! doesnt go by percent

    ok, max HR is 220-age
    so if you are 20 years old your max HR is 200
    thus 65-75% of that would be 130-140 BPM
    get it? got it? goooooood

    Actually it would be between 130-150 bpm...
