Ever heard about phil campbell sprint 8 anaerobic HGH releaser ?
I just finished a book. Of course, after you read it, it make you think you just have the best set of exercise in the world.
Basically, it is a series of very intensive 8 sprint runs of 20- 30 seconds. Its not like regular cardio. It is not aerobic, but 8 short series of ANAerobic.
It comes with lots of scientific studies, stating that if you do this (he recommends taking L-glutamine before, and some proteins after - no sugar), you will naturally increase your HGH release by an insane amount . HGH being very effective in building muscle, it says that this can be used by weight lifters, aged people....
The guy is 50 and looks **** good and bulky.
So, have you heard about this method ? Is it that effective in releasing natural HGH ?
