need to lose weight ASAP
****, i never thought i would post something like this. I need to lose as much weight, i can by next saturday. Becuz im going to this hot partY, and i obviously dont wana luk too thick(chuby). Im 196, abt 16-.6% bf. 5'11. Any one have any quick methods, or tricks they would like to share. highly apprecaited. remmeber i have 6 days. help a brotha out. thanks peAce!

Cut your carbs as close to ZERO as possible and run your balls off in the morning. 1 hour of light-moderate cardio every morning on a low carb diet will make you look the best in that short of a time. I just wouldn't recommend it because your muscle will suffer. Try taking 10-15g's of glutamine every day to preserve muscle mass.
