I am trying to achieve the upper chest area where you see the striation right by the neck and shoulders. Someone told me the key to getting this built is going heavy on shoulders. I incline 225 on incline bench for reps so going heavy on the upper chest is not my problem. Is there a key to it such as going down all the way real low and holding it etc or some other trick or is it just bad genetics as I know I have. Thanks.
