i get about 6 hours of sleep, i'd like to get 8 hours but i've got too much going on right now at this point.

I get between 9 and 10. If I don't, I find that I am tired all day. That might be only 7-8 hours at night with a 1-2 hour nap in the middle of the day. I feel this works best. Naps are one of the great blessings in life.

You are all lucky... I only get about 4 hours per night. I have had issues sleeping my whole life and just can't sleep more than that no matter what I try. Once in a while, like once a month I will get the occasional 6 hours of sleep but thats about it. Apparently my body doesn't need much, I see good consistent gains too.

7 or 8 at most on weekdays. 12-14 on weekends, lol. I'm usually so burnt out from the week I sleep pretty much the whole weekend

I have to get 8 hours to feel rested. That does not happen evrynight so thank god for caffine pills!

6-7 hrs work days, 8-9 off days. If ever possible I try to add an hour by taking a nap in the afternoon.

Ive read so many sources saying u need atleast 10 hrs of sleep after an intense work out so i try to get 10 ends up being 8 or 9 bc of all the **** tossing and turning i do when i first lay down, and bc im on this forum all the time..lol

It varies, when I'm at the University 4-5 depending on how good the party was the night before. During the summer living with the rents, um I dunno 15? I stay awake long enough to train and smash a lot of food then pass back out. You would to if you were living in Hazard, KY. Yes that wasn't a typo I said Hazard, KY. There is nothing better to do here then train so finding the time isn't an issue.
