when taking a break is nesicary
I havn't been able to do most of my workouts for over 1 week.... I was doing e-z bar curls then all of a sudden I messed up my left bi and my wrist is in super pain... I've been taking pain pills and kept up my diet and just when I think the pain is gone and I go to workout it comes back worse.... How long do you think I should wait after the pain goes away to start workingout again?

you may want to go get it checked out by a doctor if the pain is that bad, better to do that then try to workout and make it worse

If you injured yourself, chances are you were already pretty badly overtrained. You need to take some time off, and go light for a few weeks b4 you get back into it. Then you better do a light week every 4th week to completely recuperate and prevent overtraining again.
