    3 injurys in 1 month

WTF is going on here? I have had 3 injurys in a one month period. First injury was a tore a muscle in my quad. My leg ended up turning black and blue from an internal bruise for over 2 weeks. That finally healed and I am back to doing squats. My second injury was last week. I pulled another muscle in my rt tricep doing incline presses. My arm is feeling better but not a 100% yet. 3rd injury occurs today! I am doing deads and I pull a muscle in my lower back. I am having a hard time getting up and down. If I use my arms to pull me up; it doesnt hurt so bad. what is causing this many injurys? the thing that gets me is that all the weight I am using I have done before in previous weeks with no problem!

Running tren ? Had the same problem entering my 5th week of Tren after 9 total weeks of prop/tren. Strength was through the roof, and muscles started popping left and right. I defintely be much more careful with warm ups and poundages next time around.

You may be overtrained. Lighten up on the weights and the workload sometime. I've seen so many guys over the years working too hard for their own good, sometimes less is more.

maybe take a week off and let your body fully heal. I agree, you could be overtrained.

thanks guys, I think it is a combination of being overtrained and not warming up enough. I am going to take a week off for my back and see where I am at. then go lighter on the weights for ahwhile.
