needs better back workout! ! ! ! ! ! !
Does anybody want to share their back workout with me? i have one but im looking for a better one...thx guys

Warmup on eliptical trainer (till the stupid peice of **** broke!)/ warmup.
2-3 warmup sets on lat pulldown.
1 set weighted pullups, back off set free weighted pullups
2 sets bent over row
1 working set deadlift
2 sets t-bar/db row (alternates)
(i do rear delts and traps too in my workout)
1 set bent over laterals , 20 second rest then bash out as many more as possible
2 sets of barbell shrugs superset with behind back barbell shrugs/ or (1-2) sets db shrugs on occasion
I will be changing this soon, been at this one a while!

If you train shoulders on a separate day then dont do the delts, as for traps, well some people train them with shoulders some with back. Up to you i guess.
