    on cycle workout

    I was just curious if anyone had actually tried the ON cycle workout routine that is on the AR homepage. It seems so few reps and so little workouts. The recovery time is so much quicker while on, so wouldnt you want to squeeze in as many workouts as possible during that time?

    ive seen big guys drop down from doing 15-20 sets per body part to 9 sets per body part and added so much more size, every one thinks more is better but for sum ppl less is best
