Dead lifts help me
Does anyone have pictures or a website or a great description on how to do dead lifts? I dont know if I bend my knees and go down and come up or if I keep my legs straight and go up. But basically I want to work my lower back and upper back. Deadlift help needed on form. HELP Thanks. Also what kind of repetitions and weight should I use?

butter face that is one fvcked up avatar. I can not even drink my shake now. thanks bro. And look into the diferences between Romanian and stiff legged D-lifts you may find that one is easier for you than the other.
