Taking a Workout Break Post Cycle
I think I remember reading somewhere that it is good to take a week or two off from lifting during your post cycle...is that true.
I am really beat up and a workout addice who never takes anytime off...which I know is bad.
MY PCT starts Tuesday. I am taking a 3 week vacation in July also, so I was thinking that would be a good time for a week long break.
Thoughts???

I wouldn't take 3 weeks off... just take a week off and try and find a gym for the other 2. Keep your calories up the whole time for PCT so you dont lose any muscle.
