    pure fat burn, swolecat?

    i read in a post the other day swole cat you telling someone about how you told him a routine to burn purely fat. you are in so many posts it'll be impossible for me to find the post, if there is one. can you help me out. thanks.

    I'm in the same boat as you. I post like 50 times per day, so I've no idea what thread you are referring to, lol. My guess is it would be in the diet forum.

    ya, the subject came up when the thread was talking about doing cardio the same day as a cheat day. you were saying how it's a double wammy and that you told so and so about this. maybe i can find it. thanks.

    Yup, cardio increases the metabolism as does a cheat day or carb re-feed when one has been dieting for 6 days or so straight on sub-maintenace Kcals.

    Your knowledge of dieting techniques are unsurpased on this website. However, I was always under the impression that it was physiologically impossible to have 100% of your fuel source come from fats. Yes/no?????

    ya, i've done the ckd before. i kinda didn't do it the way i wanted to though. eat sausage, bacon, really bad sources of protein and fat you know. if i did it again i'd do it right, but i'm convinced there are healthier alternatives. i don't think ckd is very healthy at all.

    That's actually what a CKD is.

    It can be done, but I feel it to be waaaaaaaaaaay too extreme and more complicated than it needs to be. If it's not a way that one can eat for life, it's always going to fail. The only question is when.
