    Deadlifts for back...

    I hear alot of you say deads are the absolute best thing for back. So what kind of deads are you talking about. The ones where you bend your knees or where you stand kind of straight and kind of bend over? I think they are called Romanian deadlifts but I'm not sure. Thanks alot.

    They're called "straight leg" deadlifts where I come from.

    You are talking about floor deads and stiff legged deads. SLDs are primarily a hamstring exercise. Floor deads are the ultimate exercise. You can also swap them out with rack deads and destroy your traps.

    bloody british! j.k yeah thier called straigh leg here too.. but back in teh day they were refared to as romanian..

    I love deads ... back and leg days i hit them 2X a week now ... my back and hammys are already showing alot of progress after only 3 weeks on throwing them in ... gotta love that

    yes. Regular Deadlifts back day, Stiff Legged's leg day= yumm.
