    forearm pain?

okay bro's I know the heavier you lift the bigger you get right. So how do I know that what im lifting is to heavy?, the other day I felt a sharp pain in my forearm and now every time Im curling or something to do with my biceps involving my forearms it hurts it feels like a shin-split. Am I lifting to heavy or am I lifting wrong which I dont think the trainer said that Im lifting right what can I do to ease the pain?,

See thread "forearm tendonitis". Best bet is prob go see the doc. No-one really gave a specific answer when this question was asked last

It is the tearing of your forearm tendon away from the wrist. It helps to release the bar slowly after curling. Also make sure you start really really light and do proper warm up sets.

I get this pain often, so I need to take that out of my workout completley. If I do a few sets with this pain I can't go on good and the whole workout is ruined. If this is the same with you take it out of your workout and put something else in
