    Back

Ok here it is. The plan is to try and make comps buy this summer. Really only one thing that whould stop me. My back. Chest, arms, legs abbs are all up to par but no matter how hard I train my back I do not seem to be making any progress. I have good definition in my shoulders /delts but I can't seem to get the rest on my back cut up like I want. Any of you guy's have any specific routines that might help me out? I'm planning on really working this are hard. Thanks.

You could try pre-exhausting for a while see if that helps? I swear by it now.

    Deadlifts
Bent over dumbell flyes super set with bent over barbell rows
Wide grip pulldowns to front (to the neck will ruin your delts quicker than a cat can ruin your trousers!)
Hammer pulldowns / any other back movement

Then I do traps followed by biceps.

Good luck with the comp regardless Tobey...

Thanks for the replies guy's. Hey that kinda ryhems don't it??...
Anyway, as far as my lats are concerned they are ok. I mean they really are not what seems to be lagging. I just can get the seperation in the traps, shoulders, delts, ect. You know, when you see someone with a really awesome back that is really cut up? I'll try out each of your suggestions although some of them I already do and let you guy's know how it turns out. Thanks again.

Chin ups are great...... we do wide grip pulldown and close grips....... I alternate weekly on doing one arm dumbell rows on a incline bench one week, then flat the next. Hits diferent spots.
