    advice on my routine

    I'm 5'9 185 lbs (training for 2 years)

    Routine:
    M-Chest/Triceps/Abs
    T-Legs/20-30min cardio
    W-Rest
    T-Shoulders/20-30 cardio
    F-Back/Biceps/Abs
    S-20-30min cardio/Abs
    S-Rest

    *5 min of cardio before workout.

    My goal is that I want to drop bf(need to get moslty off my abs so they can be seen)
    Eat good just need to know if this is good routine?

    The consensus you will get on this board will be to perform cardio in the a.m. on an empty stomach at 60% - 70% of your Max Heart Rate for around 40 minutes. All these variables will depend on you fitness level. You workout looks ok, it hard to tell because you just listed bodyparts worked! Bump up the cardio to burn the fat. Longer duration/lower intensity.
