Depends on what your goals are. If your going for fat burning, 45-55 min @ 60-70% of your THR is good!
how can u tell how much BF% you have?
Underwater measurement, scale, or Calipers. Underwater is more precise but will most likely cost you.
dont know what any of those mean, i never really looked at BF too much until now when Im really getting into it.
