Ending my third week of my test E/dbol cycle and been using the Eight-Day Training Cycle posted under "Steroid Workouts" on the Steroid.com home page.

Ive added abs to squat day but been keeping strict to the routine. My muscles have been feeling almost too ancy before my next workout, so been thinking about condensing the cycle to maybe 7 or 6 days. Has anyone else used that routine as a skeleton, did you like it, and if so, what changes have you made to it?
