    Mon.Chest

    Tues.Biceps

    Wed.Cardio Morning/Shoulders

    Thur.Rest

    Fri. Cardio Morning/legs

    Sat.back

    Ab's will go in Mon/fri,and tri's will be on sat along with back

    And it will be 3 sets per exercise with 8-10 reps plus one warm up set

    Looks pretty basic. Why do you put bi's in there between chest and shoulders? Any reason to do tri's on back day instead of bi day? How many different moves do you do per body part...guess what I'm asking is how many total sets per body part if you're only doing 3 sets per move?

    are u a swimmer? and need to train for swimming? I dont mind the swimming on sunday, but cardio 3x's a week, and your goal of Bulking, might contradict each other.

    Nah i'm not doing cause i'm a swimmer i just wanted do change my cardio around a bit just to keep variety in my workout,but would it be to bad idea to have two cardio sessions aswell as a swimming session.
