    Sets Per Workout

    How many sets are sufficient for each muscle group?
    I do 12-16 sets for lats, and 12 to 16 for chest.
    8 to 12 for delts
    7 to 9 for bi's
    9 for tri's
    5 for traps
    17 for legs
    4 for forearms
    5 for lower back

    Just tell me what a good set range is for large muscle groups and small muscle groups.

    Also what is a proper amount of sets to do per 90 minute workout?

    listen to your body , thats gonna be the best way to tell if your doing too much or not enough
