shoulders
has anyone ever heard of this movement, its called a reverse ez bar press? i have an idea of how its done, but would like some opinions...

Never heard of such. Sounds like a shoulder press with a supinated grip performed with the ez bar??

i got the exercise off the animalpak website, so i tried it last night at the gym, get the ez curl bar and do a curl then press up and lower past your jaw line, it does work your front shoulders really well, although it is awkward at first, by the time i was done my front delts were burning...

do you need to do the curl before it?
