Is This Good?
If i did bench, squats, incline, power cleans, leg curls, front squats, calf raises, and tricep ext. three days of the week like mon. wed. fri. would this be a good workout. I would be working off percenteges like 65% and so on. Also, on tues. and thurs. i would do bi work and back work mixed in with some leg press and extensions.
