bi's and forearms day before Back may affect your poundage handling on rows etc, unless your using straps then you could avoid the problem. However, try doing shoulders on a Friday to give the extra day recuperation for your tri's before you go doing any military presses etc. You don't want your delts to suffer. I always do bi's and tri's on a thursday, legs on a friday, but all other upper body monday to wednesday.

My current routine that I have seen great gains with is:

    Mon - Chest/Tris
    Tue - Quads/Calves/Abs
    Wed - rest
    Thu - Back/Bis
    Fri - Shoulders/Hams/Calves
    Sat - Abs/Heavy Cardio
    Sun - rest

I do approx 60 min of cardio on all workout days except Sat I do 4-6 hours. Although I am a cyclist so the heavy cardio that that extent probably wouldn't benefit most people as much.
