Fun game huh? Yeah i used to play DDR a LOT. Ive even tried it for cardio. It seems exciting at first but you actually get bored of doing it for cardio after awhile. I suppose it would be good to mix things up and do DDR every now and then to jazz things up.

If you like it, then by all means do it! Im just suggesting that you might get bored though.

Also, learn to step lightly - a lot of my friends STOMP then complain about pain in their knees and calves.

My daughters play it all the time, I guess I never thought of it as a cardio alternative. I'm not a dancer but hey why not

You can play DDR at home.

Yeah, there is no reason why it would NOT work as cardio but its just not my cup-of-tea.

That game is still around? After seeing the little chinese kids bounce around on it at the mall a couple years back it looks like it would be a pretty effective form of cardio but I think I would prefer to just walk on the treadmill still. lol.
