For the next six weeks Im not goin to be able to lift! WTF! I havent been away from the gym for more than a couple days. Can you guys give me some ways i can work out at home. Of course push ups and crunches but anythin else? I need your help bros. Peace, Doc.

squat thrusts, if you got stairs calf raises , and just stand in front of the mirror and flex slowly and imagine your at the gym actually moving weights
