forearm question
hey sorry im pretty sure this topic has already came up but i wasj ust wondering how to get my forearms huge and work on the wrists and everything. Ive been doing 5 sets until dead wiht forearm curls and reverse forearm curls and im not seeing any change i work them about 2 times a week im on test e and 100 anadrol so it should be helping but any advice thank you

heavy strapless deadlifts work mine real good. They feel like footballs after I am done.

i dont do specific forearm training at all, if you use a lot of heavy weight over your lifting life they should grow in proportion to everything else. I also do dips, chins and other bodyweight/stability exercises that need strong grip/forearms....
