for the life of me i cant get the 100's or higher up on dumbell militay press. this is really a pain in the ass because i usually need someone to hand me the left dumbell. is this normal or am i just being a puss not getting it up myself?

I also have always had problems getting really heavy dumbells up when im doing military or even dumbell presses.

do u sit or stand? sitting would be easier than standing cos of more stability

Yea, sitting would be easier for military press, I have been going up in reps maintaining the same weight hoping sometime it will be easier for me to hoist up the heavier weight.
Note: I do not weigh very much. lol

I would recommend someone handing them to you. When you sling them up (unless one can curl them controlled) you are doing damage to your shoulders. It is just more safe to have someone hand them to ya.
