If Anyone Has A New Workout, Please Share If You Would. Its Not So Much I Need A New Workout, I Need Variety Of Different Excerises For My Bodypart For The Days Of My Workouts. I Usually Change My Workouts Up Every 2-3 Weeks. I Workout 4-5 Days A Week Sometimes 6 Days. I Do 1-2 Exercises For Each Bodypart Everytime Cause I Really Feel It, They Work For Me.
