help me out guys!
well i will be starting my bulk cycle in aug!
test,deca ,and dbol ! i know everything about pct and yes i have nolva on hand but my question is my workouts! what would be the best workout for mass and strentgh? heres the two im thiniking about let me know which one looks better.
sat-shoulders or should i do this instead?
mon- chest & tris
tue_ back & bis
wed - legs & shoulders
thu- chest & tris
fri- Back & bis
sat- legs & shoulders
help me out guys which one do you think would work better?

why on first workout do you do chest on mon and on thurs?

i like to hit chest twice a week! on mon i use dumbells! and on thu i use the bench

The most important indicator of strength and mass will be your volume and intensity.
What does your volume look like??
What does your intensity look like??
Your split will be dependent on those variables. If it is low volume, then hitting everything twice a week might be advised. But if it's is high volume, once a week in order to recover.

well im thinkin of doing high weight low rep! want to stay in the 6-8 rep stage! so should i do it twice a week or once?

i usually do about 4 exercises and about 4 sets

cool thanks man! ive always did everything twice a week just started doin it once a week i dont know if its in my head but feels like im getting weaker

Do everything once a week and go all out. I did anywhere between 15-20 sets each muscle group every week, and sometiems more. Sounds like overtraining, but it worked for me while on juice. Now im back to 12-15 sets or so.
