Thumbs up Changed my routine, and now I'm sore as hell

I went from a 3x a week routine doing 2 body parts per day, to a 5x a week routine doing 1 body part for 45-60 minutes. Talk about sore. My chest has never been this sore. I made the change about 3 weeks ago but never thought to post the info.

I changed it up because I noticed I wasn't getting sore like I used to. Three weeks in and I still feel like I did when i first started working out.

I have been admiring your avatar for months. Not pushing, but how did this photo come about?

How many sets you doing a day now? My prob when I did one body part a day was I was toast after the second exercise and it was pointless to continue beating it to a bloody pump.

But more power to you bro... if if works, go for it!

Well as I move on to each new exercise I'm weaker and weaker. However like when I do chest I do 4 sets of each exercise I do. I do as many exercises as I can get in in an hour. I finished off with the butterfly last week and I was so wore out I was doing 70 pounds total. I was beat, but the next day my whole chest was sore. Like I ripped fibers everywhere. Plus my back and arms were too just from the secondary effect I guess.

I'm still tweeking it but I am doing it like this:
    Mon. Chest
    Tues. Back
    Wed. Legs/Abs
    Thurs. Tris/Bis/Forearms
    Fri. Shoulders/Traps
    Sat. Off
    Sun. Off
